IR DYER

IR DYER moves the dye pot in a circular rotation with advanced infrared heating technology that eliminates glycol contamination and has low energy consumption. IR DYER is suitable for all types of substrates.

The inclination angle of the dye pot to the rotary disc is designed, and rotary disc rotates in 360° With forward and reverse directional changes to get a good dye liquor circulation, this in turn leads to leveling and better dyeing results.

In-tube reading of actual dye liquor temperature by precision PT-100 probe, and ensures the greatest temperature accuracy.
