OSCI COLOR

OSCI COLOR is a convenient machine used for dyeing samples underatmospheric temperature, additions of chemical can be done during the dyeing test. Dyeing operations at temperature up to 80°C use water for heat transfer. For temperatures above 80°C, Glycerin (polyethylene glycol ) is used for heat transfer .

OSCI COLOR is most suitable for the following:

1.    Atmospheric dyeing

2.    Burn-outs (Polyester/Cotton) in warm sulfuric acid.

3.    Fixing and/or soaping tests.

4.    Scouring and/or bleaching tests.

* All stainless steel construction

* Max. working temperature     : 100℃ 

* Liquor Ratio                           : about 1:15 or above

* Type of Dyepots                    : 250cc conical flask

* No. of Pot positions               : 12 or 24

* Heating Source                     : Electric Heater 4 or 6KW

* Variable speed control on the oscillation.
